Himesh Reshammiya celebrated a massive career milestone, crossing 1.2 billion streams on Spotify, by hosting an exclusive fan meet in Mumbai on December 7. The event, organised by Spotify, brought together some of his most loyal admirers, known as “capmaniacs,” for an intimate evening of music, memories and Himesh-style energy.

Dressed in an all-black leather ensemble, the singer-composer, fondly called Hit Machine HR, performed several of his popular tracks live,

electrifying the room with what many described as the signature “Spotify roar.” Fans cheered, sang along and recorded the moment, flooding social media afterwards with comments like “Legend,” “Rockstar,” “Wow,” and “King of Music.”

One of the most emotional moments came when Reshammiya paused to remember the late Dharmendra. He performed Apne To Apne Hote Hain, the title track from the 2007 film Apne, as a heartfelt tribute to the legendary actor.
