Dipika Kakar undergone a second liver surgery, shares health update

Actor Dipika Kakar recently underwent a second liver surgery. In 2025, Dipika was diagnosed with a malignant tumour, said to be the size of a tennis ball. She had to undergo surgery that required the removal of 22 per cent of her liver. On February 23, she had a second surgery for the excision of a 13-mm cyst from her liver.

husband, Shoaib Ibrahim, shared a health update with fans. Shoaib said, "the surgery was successful." He further wrote that Kakar was still experiencing considerable discomfort post-operation, adding that Dipika was in a lot of pain. His statement was issued soon after the surgery.
