Just two days ahead of its highly anticipated release, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has been granted an A certificate. Releasing on March 19, the makers have also announced the film’s final runtime.

On Tuesday, Aditya Dhar and Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar 2 has been certified with an A rating by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). The film’s final runtime has been locked at three hours, forty-nine minutes and six seconds.

Advance bookings for Dhurandhar: The Revenge, starring Ranveer Singh, opened nationwide on March 14, building early momentum ahead of its theatrical release.

Directed by Aditya Dhar, the spy thriller is set to hit screens worldwide on Thursday. Paid preview



shows, scheduled for March 18, had already gone on sale last week.

According to trade tracker Sacnilk, the film has also seen strong traction in overseas markets. Early data suggests that premiere advance bookings in the United States have crossed approximately USD 982,374 across 678 locations, spanning 1,684 shows with around 61,491 tickets sold.

The sequel features Ranveer Singh reprising his role as Indian spy Hamza, also known as Jaskirat Singh Rangi. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal and Sara Arjun in key roles.

The first instalment, Dhurandhar, released in December last year and went on to earn approximately Rs 1300 crore worldwide, setting high expectations for the sequel.
