Actors Sunny and Bobby Deol, accompanied by members of the Deol family, reportedly plan to gather at their late father Dharmendra's farmhouse in Khandala to celebrate what would have been his 90th birthday. The family intends to transform this day into a public tribute by inviting fans to visit the farmhouse and participate in commemorating the veteran actor's contributions to Indian cinema.

According to a report, the decision to open the farmhouse to the public comes after the family learnt of a strong desire among fans to pay their final respects.

A source told the portal, "Sunny and Bobby have decided to visit their father's farmhouse to honour his memory and legacy. While discussing their plans, they realised that many fans wished they had the chance to meet or see Dharmendra one last time. That's why they've decided to open the farmhouse gates for fans who want to come, pay their respects, and meet the family. The family will also meet the fans at the farmhouse."

"It's not that they've organised a special fan event or anything, but they have opened

the doors for people who want to come in and honour their father's legacy. As for arranging transport, they may consider it, since the route to the farmhouse isn't easily accessible to everyone. However, that will depend on how many people plan to attend, which isn't confirmed yet," the source further told HT.

The commemoration at Khandala follows a period of mourning for Dharmendra. The actor died on November 24 at the age of 89. The family conducted a private funeral in Mumbai attended by close relatives and colleagues from the film industry.

In the days following the funeral, Sunny, Bobby, along with Sunny's son Karan Deol travelled to Haridwar. They immersed Dharmendra's ashes in the Ganges at Har Ki Pauri.

A prayer meet titled 'Celebration of Life' was hosted by the Deol family in Mumbai on November 27. The event saw notable figures from the film industry, including Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, Rekha, and Aishwarya Rai. Meanwhile, Hema Malini, Dharmendra's second wife, organised a separate prayer meet at her residence on the same day.
