Border 2 saw its box office collections dip on day 7, following a robust start during its opening weekend. The film, headlined by Sunny Deol, has sustained audience interest but is showing signs of waning momentum as the first week draws to a close.
According to the makers, the film registered an earning of Rs 13.14 crore on Day 7. The overall Hindi occupancy dropped to 14.52%. The morning shows recorded 6.67% occupancy, rising to 14.23% in the afternoon, 17.05% in the evening, and peaking at 20.11% during the night shows.
The opening weekend provided stronger results, with day-wise collections of Rs 32.10 crore on Friday, Rs 40.59 crore on Saturday, Rs 57.20 crore on Sunday, Rs 63.59 crore on Monday, and Rs 23.31 crore on Tuesday. By Wednesday, the collections had declined to Rs
15.04 crore, bringing the net India total to Rs 231.83 crore before the start of day 7. Now, the total daily collections in India stand at Rs 244.97 crore.
