Ayushmann, Sharvari to begin shoot for Sooraj Barjatya's film in November: Report

The next film featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Sharvari is scheduled to begin filming on November 1, 2025. This project, which currently lacks a title, is being described as a quintessential family entertainer, expected to carry the signature wholesome touch of director Sooraj Barjatya.

The movie is a collaboration between Rajshri Productions, Mahaveer Jain Films, and Anita Gurnani, as reported by Pinkvilla. This project follows Mahaveer Jain’s recent string of major film ventures, the report further mentioned. His previous production was the movie 'Naagzilla', which starred Kartik Aaryan, in collaboration with Dharma Productions, and was helmed by Mrighdeep



Singh Lamba. Jain's impressive upcoming lineup also includes the international thriller 'White' with Siddharth Anand, starring Vikrant Massey. Additionally, he is producing 'Side Heroes' alongside Imtiaz Ali, which features a cast including Abhishek Banerjee, Aparshakti Khurana, and Varun Sharma.

While speaking about the film a source, according to Mid-Day said that Barjatya and Jain decided to collaborate for the film after having build up a rapport during 'Uunchai'. "The film goes on floors on November 1. It is a romantic family entertainer and would have the trademark Sooraj Barjatya stamp. Besides Ayushmann, it also stars Sharvari," the source said.
