Anees Bazmee confirms Bhool Bhulaiyaa 4 with Kartik Aaryan is in works

As 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3' completed a year of release, filmmaker Anees Bazmee shared that work has begun on the fourth part of the well-known horror-comedy series. He also confirmed in a recent interview that actor Kartik Aaryan will continue his involvement with the series.

In a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Anees praised Kartik and said, "The world would have never known of his fabulous comic timing if it wasn't for 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa'. I am planning a couple of comedies with Kartik."

He also confirmed that the next instalment of the horror-comedy film will star Kartik. "Most definitely. It is a work in progress. The love that the



series has accrued over the years is unsurpassable. So yeah, it is happening. The only factor that I can confirm is Kartik," Anees stated.

Reflecting on 'Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3', the filmmaker praised actors Madhuri Dixit and Vidya Balan. He said, “The two legends together, they never let me feel I was working with legends. They were punctual, disciplined, competitive and yet collaborative. Bohat mazaa aaya (Had a lot of fun).”

When asked if the next instalment would feature the two actors again, the director responded, “It could! On the other hand, we may have some other actress who has never been part of the franchise before.”
