Cult film ‘Sholay’, a favourite across different generations, will hit the big screen on December 12.
The Hindi film, which is celebrating its golden jubilee of release, will be screened again in its original un-cut version which is digitally remastered.
The classic will also be in 4K resolution, according to a press release issued by Cinepolis India here on
Wednesday.
The re-release will also carry a moment of sentiment for lakhs of fans as legendary actor Dharmendra, who portrayed the character of Veeru, remains in the thoughts and prayers of audiences across India.
“Sholay occupies a very special place in the hearts of Indian audiences, and it is a privilege for Cinépolis to bring this landmark film back to cinemas for its Golden Jubilee.
