Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh welcome second daughter

There is a new little girl in the Deepika Padukone-Ranveer Singh household. The couple welcomed their second daughter on September 19 and shared the news with fans on Saturday, keeping the announcement as simple and sweet as the first time around. The A-list couple announced pregnancy back in April this year.

“Welcome baby girl,” they wrote in a joint Instagram post, adding



an evil eye emoji. That was all it took. The comments section soon turned into a virtual celebration, with Bollywood stars and friends sending love to the new parents.

Sonam Kapoor, Sara Arjun, Anil Kapoor and Kriti Sanon were among those who dropped congratulatory messages, joining scores of fans celebrating the arrival of the couple’s second baby.
