Actor Ajay Devgn’s Drishyam 3: The Conclusion has opened strongly at the global box office, recording an estimated Rs 95.10 crore worldwide on its first day. While the film came close to the Rs 100-crore mark, it fell short on Day 1.

According to trade website Sacnilk, the Abhishek Pathak directorial collected Rs 66.75 crore nett in India on its opening day across 15,759 shows. Its India gross collection stood at Rs 80.10 crore, while the film added an estimated Rs 15 crore gross from overseas markets, taking its worldwide gross to Rs 95.10 crore.

The film recorded an overall 67.08 per cent occupancy for its Hindi 2D shows. After a relatively slower



start in the morning, Drishyam 3 witnessed a steady rise in audience turnout through the day. Night shows recorded the highest occupancy at 76.46 per cent, indicating stronger footfalls during the later screenings.

The opening day also marks the biggest opening for an Ajay Devgn-led film at the domestic box office, surpassing his previous major openers. Singham Again had collected Rs 43.70 crore on Day 1, while Singham Returns opened at Rs 32.09 crore and Golmaal Again earned Rs 30.14 crore on its first day.

With an estimated Rs 66.75 crore nett collection, Drishyam 3 has comfortably surpassed the opening-day figures of all three films.
