The heavy monsoon showers lashing Mumbai have left several areas grappling with waterlogging, and Amitabh Bachchan's home, Jalsa, has also come under the spotlight. Videos showing flooding outside the veteran actor's iconic Juhu bungalow, and water reportedly entering parts of the property, have surfaced online and are being widely shared across social media platforms.
The viral clips show rainwater collecting around the entrance of Jalsa, while clogged drainage systems appear to have
contributed to the flooding in the area. As the downpour continued through the weekend, visuals of the waterlogged surroundings quickly caught the attention of fans and social media users.
The videos emerged amid a larger flood-like situation in several parts of Mumbai, where residents have been sharing images of submerged streets, overflowing drains and traffic congestion caused by the relentless rains. The situation has once again highlighted the city's recurring monsoon challenges.
