Actor-politician Kangana Ranaut has shared a video contrasting her own English-speaking skills with those of Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Dipke. She shared a viral reel on social media that directly compared how both of them speak in public.
The reel began with Abhijeet giving a public statement in English and then shifted to Kangana delivering a speech in English about how she was perceived as a female actor in the film industry. Its caption read: "12th pass Kangana Ranaut vs Boston University CJP Dipke English level: One is fire, the other needs a reboot (sic)."
Kangana has been open about how she was not fluent in English when she started her journey in the film industry. She had shared that it was in Koffee With Karan where Sonam Kapoor had
mocked her for her English.
She said, "What I learned from years of fights with the film mafia is that no outsider will ever be mocked for not speaking English. Also, that show is officially closed forever."
She also urged to watch her comeback at the end, asserting that even at 24 — despite facing public bullying — she displayed a level of grace and elegance that self-proclaimed elite aunties could never match.
This is not the first time Kangana has publicly criticised CJP members. Last month, she called out CJP spokesperson Saurav Das over his comments about her work as a Member of Parliament (MP). Saurav had said that no one in the party or in the younger generation takes Kangana seriously after she criticised the CJP protests.
