West Bengal pending board exams cancelled: Edu Minister

West Bengal Education Minister Partha Chatterjee recently announced that the pending WBBSE HS exams 2020 have been cancelled. The Class 12 West Bengal board exams scheduled for July 2, 4 and 6 have been cancelled following the Supreme Court hearing today wherein it was decided that the CBSE and ICSE exams were cancelled.

The West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education had decided to conduct the pending



WBBSE class 12 board exams on July 2, 2020, July 6, 2020, and July 8, 2020.

These exams had been earlier scheduled for March 23, March 25 and March 27 but had been postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak.

But with this decision, they will not be conducted anymore for now. The government said that the fresh dates for the Class 12 West Bengal board exams will be decided and announced later.
