Department of Technical Education (DTE), Telangana will be releasing the TS Polycet Seat Allotment Date & Time 23rd September 2020 (Today). Candidates registered for Polytechnic admissions can download the 1st, 2nd & 3rd Phase Allotment Order from the official website at https://tspolycet.nic.in/Default.aspx, polycetts.nic.in and Manabadi portal.

Students who participated in the first phase of web-based counseling for admission to diploma courses for the academic year 2020-21 through the Telangana State Polytechnic Common Entrance Test (TS POLYCET) 2020, received seats.

The Department of Technical Education said in a press release on Wednesday that a total of 45,207 candidates qualified in the TS POLYCET 2020, and 27,759 used their web options.  Out of 31,012 available seats in 128 polytechnic colleges, 22,064 (71.14 percent) were allocated.

In 54 government colleges,



11,205 seats were allocated out of 11,752, while 55 73 persons with 18,960 seats were allocated in 73 private, unsupported colleges.  Similarly, while there were 300 seats in a polytechnic college, 268 were filled.

A total of 47 polytechnic colleges, including 40 government and seven privately assisted, saw 100 percent seat allocations in the first phase.

Students who get seats must register online via the website https://tspolycet.nic.in, must confirm their seat and pay tuition on or before September 26th.  All candidates who receive preliminary orders for the allocation of seats must report to the admitted college on 5 and 6 October.

Technical Education Commissioner and convener of TS POLYCET, Navin Mittal, said the academic session will tentatively start from October 7, orientation sessions will be held from October 7 to 14 and class work will tentatively begin from October 15.
