Spot admissions for degree courses

Spot admissions into degree courses offered by private degree colleges will be held from August 14 to 18.

Recently, the State government has given a nod for the spot admissions. Till last year, seats in degree courses were filled only through the Degree Online Services, Telangana (DOST). The managements were asked to make spot admissions till August 18 and upload details of the candidates admitted on the DOST website on the last



date of enrollment. 

“Candidates can use this as an opportunity for admission into private degree colleges in the State,” a senior official said.

Meanwhile, about 16,000 candidates have exercised their web options for allotment seat in the special phase admission drive through DOST. The seat allotment orders will be released on Wednesday.
