Over 8.9 lakh scanned copies shared, re-evaluation portal to open on May 29: CBSE

As scrutiny around CBSE?s post-result process continues, the board has released fresh figures on the status of scanned answer book requests from Class 12 students. According to an update issued at 6 pm on May 26, CBSE said it is continuing efforts to provide students access to evaluated answer books through the designated portal and registered email IDs.

The board stated that 4,04,319 applications were received for obtaining scanned copies of answer books. Out



of these, 11,31,961 answer books were requested by students, while 8,98,214 answer books have already been shared digitally.

CBSE added that the remaining pending requests are expected to be fulfilled by May 27.

The board also announced that the portal for verification of marks and re-evaluation of answer books is expected to go live on May 29, 2026, allowing students to move to the next stage of the post-result process.
