The National Medical Commission (NMC) has released the NEET PG counselling schedule for the academic year 2025. The timeline applies to All India Quota (AIQ), Deemed and Central Universities, and State Quota seats.

The commission has directed all state counselling authorities to strictly follow the schedule issued by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) to ensure smooth coordination between central and state-level counselling.

With the schedule now



out, both central and state counselling bodies are expected to work in sync. The aim is to avoid overlap or confusion between AIQ and State Quota rounds.

In its official notification, the NMC said: "All State Counselling authorities are requested to strictly adhere to the schedule provided by MCC so that incoherence between the counselling of All India Quota (AIQ) and State Quota (SQ) can be avoided in compliance of various directions of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India."
