The Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW) has officially revised the qualifying cut-off marks for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test for Masters of Dental Surgery (NEET MDS) 2024. The cut-off percentile has been lowered by 21.692 for every category, a move aimed at increasing access to MDS courses by filling vacant seats.
According to the latest
notification from the ministry, the revised qualifying percentiles are:
. General (UR/EWS): 28.308
. SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of these categories): 18.308
. UR-PWD: 23.308
This revision follows the guidelines of the Dental Council of India’s (DCI) MDS Regulations, 2017, and the amendments outlined in the 2018 provisions.
