The National Council of Educational Research and Training has launched an Artificial Intelligence powered e Magic Box application to support the learning of children aged three to eight years.
The platform has been designed not only for children but also for parents and teachers who guide early learning at home and in classrooms.
The application provides educational content along with interactive assistance through intelligent digital companions.
Officials described the initiative as an effort to make foundational learning accessible, engaging and responsive to everyday questions raised by caregivers.
The platform encourages adults to actively participate in a child’s learning journey rather
than relying only on textbooks, promoting conversation-based and activity-based development.
The platform is designed for children, parents and teachers together.
Children explore stories and playful activities, parents receive guidance on raising and teaching young learners, and teachers obtain classroom support tools.
To increase accessibility, the service is available not only through the mobile application but also through WhatsApp and Telegram for users who do not wish to install an app.
Families can additionally use toll-free IVRS numbers 1800-212-0173 or 15108 to access features such as “Story of the Day”, “Song of the Day” and “Question of the Day”, even without smartphones.
