Manuu to hold national Urdu meet in November

The Centre for Promotion of Knowledge in Urdu (CPKU) of Maulana Azad National Urdu University (Manuu) in association with School of Arts and Social Sciences (SA&SS), is organizing the second National Urdu Social Science Congress from November 15-16.

The main theme of the congress is “Emerging Trends in Social Sciences”, where experts will discuss the knowledge base in Social Sciences in Urdu and focus on the academic trends.

According to Prof S M Rahmathullah,



chair man, Steering Committee and Dean, Satellite Campuses, participants can submit the abstract of their papers on email till October 15 and they would be informed about the acceptance of their abstracts by October 20. The last date for submission of the complete paper is October 3.

Dr. Mohammad Aslam Parvaiz, vice-chancellor will be the chief patron of the Congress, whereas Prof. Shakeel Ahmad, pro vice-chancellor and Dr. M A Sikandar, registrar will be the patrons.
