On February 15, several institutions of higher learning, including colleges, reopened in Kashmir, two days after the administration decided to allow physical classes. Several students from different colleges in the city, and in the other parts of



the valley attended offline classes, according to officials.

Staff and students followed the appropriate Covid-19 behavior, including mandatorily wearing masks. Students were only allowed entry after temperature screening.
