India now stands as one of the worst-hit Covid-19 countries in the world. In the middle of this crisis, Jamia Hamdard University decided to organize online training programme for nurses.

Recent data shows that out of the total cases 80% are asymptomatic and no extensive management is required for such cases. These cases can be handled at home and it

clearly shows the need for trained home-based care medical professional to manage mild/ asymptomatic case during their home quarantine period.

Keeping in view all the prevailing circumstances, School of Nursing Sciences and Allied Health, Jamia Hamdard and the Heart Care Foundation of India (HCFI) organized a three-day online training programme for nurses.
