Himachal Pradesh to reopen schools from today

Himachal Pradesh government has decided to reopen schools on the regular basis from Classes 9 to 12 from today. The decision to conduct regular classes was taken at a cabinet meeting recently. However, the consent of parents will be mandatory for students who wish to attend school and attendance will not be



compulsory.

 

In a similar way, all colleges resume classes across the state from today onwards. However, the college administrations would need to ensure that COVID-19 guidelines that are issued by the ministry of home affairs are strictly followed by both staff as well as students.
