The Telangana High Court has stayed the state government’s order to reopen educational institutions from September 1. The court has stayed the state government’s decision to open schools for a week. The Telangana High Court said that it will not be mandatory to attend offline classes for one week from September 1. Along with this, the High Court has also asked the state government to file a detailed report on the measures taken for the reopening of schools in the state by October 4.

The court ordered that no student from KG to class 12 in any private or

government school shall be compelled to attend physical classes from September 1 and no fine will be imposed on students who do not attend school. There will be some other action.

The High Court has not only asked the schools not to take action against the students, but also asked the government not to take action against such educational institutions, which will not conduct offline classes. Educational institutions can decide on their own whether to resume offline classes or continue online classes.
