Education Minister to conduct a live session about NEP 2020 on 10 Aug

The Union Education Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal will be a part of a live session discussing the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP). The minister will go live through several of his social media handles, he announced via Twitter.

The NEP 2020 has been the most recent educational policy that has approved by the Union Cabinet and it is said to replace India’s 34-year-old education system. The policy was under the election manifesto of the Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) in the 2014



general elections.

The discussion will be held on the topic ‘The New Education Policy- Readying and preparing students for the world’ and will be conducted on Twitter and Facebook. The discussion will be conducted on August 10 from 5 pm.
