Union Education Minister Pralhad Joshi held separate meetings with senior officials of the Education Ministry to review preparations for upcoming examinations and discuss the next phase of school education reforms.
In a post on X, Joshi said he met the Secretary, Department of Higher Education, along with a senior official from the National Testing Agency (NTA), to review preparedness for examinations scheduled in the coming months.
The meeting comes as examination agencies prepare for several major entrance and recruitment-related tests in the upcoming
academic cycle. Joshi did not provide details of the specific examinations discussed.
The review meeting focused on ensuring that the system is prepared for examinations planned in the coming months. The Education Minister’s discussion with officials comes amid the growing importance of smooth exam conduct, particularly for large-scale national-level tests involving lakhs of candidates.
