Uttarakhand CM to provide free textbooks to students of classes 9-12 from 2022

Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has announced to provide free textbooks to students of class 9th to 12th from next year. He also directed Education Department officials to prepare a proposal for distribution of bicycles to class 9 girls of the plain area.

Chief Minister also



ordered to provide scholarships to hundred toppers students of class 12th for the preparation of higher education for the next five years. Focusing on the computer and English education to the students, he instructed officials to arrange guest teachers in government schools for this.
