SC refuse to interfere in internship deadline extension matter with regard to NEET PG 2022

In the NEET PG 2022 case, Supreme Court has refused to interfere in the matter regarding internship deadline extension. SC said that this was a policy matter and that the court wouldn’t interfere with the right of the government.

It has however allowed petitioners to



submit a representation to the union government requesting an extension of the May 31 deadline for internship completion. It has also asked that the issue be decided within a week of its submission.

The apex court was hearing the petitions filed regarding NEET PG 2022.
