MANUU student union elections on Sept 19

Elections for Maulana Azad National Urdu University Students Union (MSU) 2019-20 will be held on September 19.

According to Professor Mohammed Abdul Azeem, Chief Returning Officer, the students will elect president, vice president, secretary, joint secretary and treasurer, executive committee members from campus and off campus. The last date for filling nomination forms is by 5.30 pm on September 9. Nominations can be withdrawn by 4 pm on



September 11 and final list of contestants will be released by 5.30 pm the same day. Contestants will be allowed canvassing from September 11 to 17.

As per the announced schedule, the elections will be held from 9 am to 1 pm on September 19 and counting of votes will begin from 2.30 pm followed by declaration of results on the same day.
