DOST final phase from tomorrow

Sir, All the students , who are willing to apply, who are already got seat but not satisfied, who haven't got seat, who want to change course must be given a final chance. So many students. In the previous three counselings there were no conditions but this 4 Phase has conditions, which restrict allotted students, fresh students from applying. The TSCHE must give all the students a final chance to apply without any CONDITIONS
