Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has directed a team of professors and technical experts from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur to support the CBSE in fixing technical issues and ensuring a glitch-free re-evaluation process for students.

The decision follows reports of technical challenges on CBSE?s post-examination services portal, which students use for answer sheet verification, marks rechecking and re-evaluation after board



results are announced.

According to the Ministry, the expert teams from IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur will examine several technical aspects of the system and suggest improvements.

The experts will also help CBSE take corrective measures where necessary.

Dharmendra Pradhan said student interests remain the priority and directed CBSE to undertake corrective measures on an urgent basis.
