Candidates who have applied for the 22nd edition of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) 2026 have only one day left to make corrections to their application forms. The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) which opened the online correction window on September 7, will be closing the application edit window on September 10.
According to the latest public notice issued by CBSE, candidates can make applicable corrections to their particulars through the official CTET website, ctet.nic.in. The board has clearly stated that no correction will be permitted after September 10
under any circumstances.
The correction facility is available not only to candidates who registered during the latest application window but also to those who had submitted their forms during the initial registration period.
The online application process for the 22nd edition of CTET was initially conducted from May 11 to June 10, 2026. CBSE later provided an additional opportunity to eligible candidates who could not apply during the first window. The second application window for CTET remained open from August 25 to September 1, 2026.
