The Chhattisgarh government ordered that offline classes in colleges and universities will be stopped and online classes will be conducted due to a rise in Covid-19 cases across the country. The state government has also asked the colleges to conduct the first and second semester exams of all courses online or in a hybrid model.

The official notification said that physical classes at all government and private universities and colleges should be prohibited with immediate effect and



classes should be held online.

The first, second and third semester examinations of all courses for the academic session 2021-22 should be conducted in online mode or hybrid mode. The colleges and universities will issue detailed guidelines in this regard.

The state government has also issued instructions for academic and non-academic staff of colleges and universities. All academic and non-academic staff can come to their workplace at one-third of their total strength.
