CBSE to reopen CTET registration window from Dec 27

The Central Board of Secondary Education will reopen the application window for the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) February registration. In a press release, the Board stated that 1,61,127 registrations remained incomplete and were not converted into final applications. Taking inview of the large number of applicants that were left, the Board has taken a sympathetic view and decided to provide a one-time facility for these



candidates to complete their applications.

This facility will be available on the portal from 11 am on December 27 until 11:59 pm on December 30, 2025. Candidates are advised to verify their particulars and make necessary corrections during the final submission process, as no further opportunity for corrections will be provided. The Board has also clarified that no fresh registrations will be allowed during this special window.
