The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has reopened the List of Candidates (LOC) submission portal for Class 10 and 12 board exams for the 2025-26 academic session.

This move addresses concerns from schools that missed the initial registration deadline, ensuring eligible students can still be registered for the 2026 exams.

Submissions with late fees via challan are accepted until October 8, while other payment methods

remain open until October 11. CBSE has emphasised that this extension is the final opportunity for schools, failure to comply will result in students being ineligible for the 2026 board examinations.

“All Principals who have still not submitted their LOC are therefore directed to ensure that the LOC for their respective schools is completed and submitted within the prescribed timeframe with late fees,” CBSE said in an official statement.
