CBSE offers free counselling after Class 10, 12 results, launches 15-day helpline

The CBSE has not only declared the CBSE Class 10 and 12 Result 2025, but also kicked off the second round of its free psychosocial counselling services. This post-result counselling phase began on May 13 and will continue till May 28.

More than 22 lakh students cleared the Class 10 exams with a 93.66% pass rate, while nearly 15 lakh students passed Class 12, with a success rate of 88.39%. The results can be downloaded from cbse.gov.in, cbseresults.nic.in, DigiLocker,



and UMANG app.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has resumed its second phase of counselling services for Class 10 and 12 students and their parents. This free service is meant to offer emotional support during what can be a stressful time post-results.

According to the official notice, “CBSE now commences a second phase of free counselling services (post-result) for students and their parents for 15 days, i.e. till May 28, 2025.”
