The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that it has declared the outcomes of more than 99.7% of applications received for Verification of Issues Observed and Re-evaluation of the Class 12 Board Examination 2026.

In a statement issued on Sunday, the board said the revised results have been released in batches since June 21, with the remaining cases now in the final stages of processing. These are expected to be declared shortly.

The announcement brings relief to thousands of students who had been waiting for revised scores, especially after concerns

were raised over delays affecting college admissions. Earlier this week, it has been reported that more than 20,000 students were awaiting the outcome of their re-evaluation applications even as CUET UG 2026 results had already been declared, leaving many worried about admission timelines.

CBSE also pointed out that the post-result review process has moved faster this year than in 2025. While the board began releasing re-evaluation outcomes on June 21, 2026, last year’s exercise started on June 27 and continued until July 11, 2025, indicating a significantly quicker turnaround.
