CBSE calls for nominations of National Award for Teachers 2022, apply by June 20

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has called for applications for the National Award for Teachers 2022 or the Excellence in Teaching and School Leadership awards 2021-22 which are given by the Ministry of Education.

The awards are handed over every year on Teacher’s Day,



September 5, to outstanding teachers and principals of CBSE-affiliated schools. It was launched to motivate teachers and recognise the outstanding work that is done in order to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.

Each awardee receives a certificate and a cash price of Rs 50,000.
