The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has opened the marks upload window for Class 12 students in select West Asian countries, where board exams were cancelled due to ongoing geopolitical challenges.
As per an official notification issued on March 27, 2026, schools in these regions can upload student marks through a dedicated online portal from April 8 to April 17, 2026. The access link will be available via individual school logins, and institutions have been instructed to follow the detailed guidelines outlined in the board’s second
notification.
CBSE has cautioned schools to exercise extreme care while entering marks, making it clear that no corrections or revisions will be allowed once the data is submitted. The board has stressed strict adherence to instructions to avoid discrepancies during result processing.
Controller of Examinations, Sanyam Bhardwaj, highlighted that timely submission of marks is critical to ensure the smooth declaration of results. Schools have therefore been urged to complete the process within the stipulated timeline.
