Named the "water-bell initiative," the breaks will occur at 9:45 am, 10:05 am, and 11:50 am, as announced by Praveen Prakash, the principal secretary of school education, in a press

statement.

As per the Department of School Education, the objective of the water-bell initiative is to encourage student hydration and enhance their overall well-being.

Meanwhile, the Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (APSDMA) reported that 68 mandals throughout the state experienced a heatwave on Tuesday, with nine mandals indicating severe heatwave conditions.
