Woman molested on flight to Hyderabad, one arrested

A 25-year-old woman from Bengaluru lodged a complaint with RGI Airport police alleging that a co-passenger touched her inappropriately during a flight from Bhopal to Hyderabad on Thursday. The RGI Airport police arrested the co-passenger, identified as Satya Prakash, and filed a case under Section 354-B (assault or use of criminal force with intent to disrobe) of the
IPC.

The victim said she woke up from her sleep in the middle of the flight and noticed that the passenger next to her was touching her in an objectionable manner.
The victim immediately alerted the flight attendants, and then lodged a complaint with the RGI Airport police after landing in Hyderabad.
