Nine year old boy falls into sump, dies

Hyderabad: A nine-year-old boy died after he fell into a sump near his residence.  According to Rajendranagar police, the victim, A Chandrashekar, fell into a water sump while playing near his residence in Attapur on Thursday evening. He was immediately rushed to a nearby private hospital where he died on Friday morning while



undergoing treatment. 

The family members became suspicious when the boy did not return home on Thursday. They started searching for the boy in the neighbourhood and later found his body in the water sump in the evening hours. A case has been registered and further investigation is on.
