Hyderabad: Depressed over financial problems, a young couple ended their lives by suicide at their house in Gruhakalpa Colony in Keesara on Monday night. The deceased identified as Addaratri Anji, 25, and A. Vaishnavi, 22, were found dead at their house, Keesara police said.

We received a call from their neighbours around 12 at night. We rushed to the scene and broke open the main door and found the couple dead, Keesara police inspector P. Raghuveer Reddy said. Police recovered a suicide note from the house in which Anji stated that no one was responsible for their deaths and

they ended their lives owing to financial crisis.

Anji and Vaishnavi, both natives of Andhra Pradesh, were in a relationship and got married against their parents' will six months back and had come to the city to lead a better life. As they were not able to find a suitable job, they decided to end their lives by suicide, police said.

Police have informed their family members and registered a case of suspicious death under section 174 of the CrPC. The bodies have been shifted to Gandhi Hospital for post-mortem.
