31-year-old woman kills husband in Hyderabad

A 31-year-old woman allegedly killed her spouse while he was sleeping unable to bear harassment at the hands of her husband. The woman went to Jagadgirigutta Police Station on Tuesday morning and surrendered.

Kairu Nisa, a resident of Ravinarayana Reddy Nagar of Jagadgirigutta, hit her husband Shafuddin on the head with an iron rod. "Shafuddin was addicted to alcohol and



had been harassing her for the past few years. Around 1am on Tuesday, they had a fight. The man asked her to get money through prostitution. When she refused, he thrashed her," 

Jagadgirigutta inspector Srinivasulu said. To put an end to her suffering, Nisa took an iron rod and hit her husband on the head while he was asleep.
