Colombo: Sri Lanka’s state-run Litro Gas has increased the price of LPG cylinder of 12.5 kg by 334 rupees to 4,743 rupees. The price hike of about 7.5 percent is effective from Sunday.
 
A 5kg cylinder has been increased by 134 rupees to 1,904 rupees



while a 2.3kg cylinder has increased by 61 rupees to 883 rupees from 822 rupees.

Sri Lanka is facing runaway inflation over the last one year with inflation holding at 54 percent for January 2023.
