The Pakistani rupee has fallen to an all-time low of 188 rupees yesterday against the US dollar in the inter-bank market amid the political and constitutional crisis.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shehbaz Sharif accused Prime Minister Imran Khan of running away after leaving a legacy of a broken economy.

On other hand, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Chaudhry

Fawad Hussain said that Pakistan's economy had been affected and it would be harmed further if the political instability was prolonged. He further said, fresh elections were the only way forward to ensure political stability in the country.

According to a local media report, political uncertainty following the dissolution of parliament was pushing the rupee to decline.
