Oil prices surged on Monday after the US and China said they would ease some of their tariff measures, raising hopes of an end to the trade war between the world’s two largest consumers of crude oil. Brent Crude was
trading over 3.7 per cent up at 66 dollars and 32 cents per barrel. WTI Crude was trading 4.1 per cent up at 63 dollars and 52 cents per barrel, when reports last came in.
