Oil prices continued their downward trend on Friday ahead of an OPEC+ meeting and amid some scepticism about a potential de-escalation of the trade dispute between China and the United States. Brent Crude was trading
0.7 per cent down at 61 dollars and 69 cents per barrel. WTI Crude was also down by 0.8 per cent at 58 dollars and 76 cents per barrel when reports last came in.
