Sensex ends flat after record high; domestic oriented stocks gain

L&T provisionally gained 2.1% while HDFC Bank rose 1.6%.The BSE Sensex rose as much as 0.37% to an all-time high of 28,282.85 before ending down 0.05%.The Nifty closed 0.06% lower after earlier hitting a record high of 8,454.50.
