CBDT issues refunds of over Rs.17,061 crore to more than 13 lakh taxpayers between 1st April to 10th May

Central Board of Direct Taxes, CBDT has issued refunds of over Rs 17,061 crore to more than 13 lakh taxpayers between 1st of April to 10th of May this year.

The income tax

refunds of Rs 5575 crore have also been issued in over 12.71 lakh cases and corporate tax refunds of Rs 11,486 crore have been issued in 29,592 cases.
